An epic exhibition by Maison Margiela
Maison Margiela opened a new boutique in Tokyo, Japan, and held an exhibition to celebrate it.
Maison Margiela held an exhibition commemorating the opening of a new boutique in Omotesando, Tokyo, Japan at Shibuya Parkway Square 2.
This exhibition was inspired by the theatrical couture show 'Cinema Inferno', which was presented during the pandemic by creative director John Galliano. In accordance with the southern gothic genre, which is the concept of the show, the background and direction that make use of the bleak and epic atmosphere such as misfortune, escape, and ghost stand out.
In addition, the look of the 2023 autumn/winter Co-Ed collection is placed throughout the exhibition hall, where you can see harmonious and unique hybrid clothes in which British punk and American western styles intersect.
