Miart has always been an opportunity for Milan to come alive with living art in the streets, buildings and galleries (very often closed to the public) which open their doors to inaugurate some of the most awaited exhibitions of the second half of 2023. Milan Art Week 2023 is poses as a great forge of artistic forms moving around the city, to celebrate territorial realities and international artists. Among these, just to name a few: the personal exhibition of Belgian artist Ann Veronica Janssens at Pirelli Hangar Bicocca ; Candice Lin | Arnaldo Pomodoro Prize for Sculpture at the GAM Gallery of Modern Art in collaboration with the Arnaldo Pomodoro Foundation; Yuri Ancarani's one-man show and Silvia Giambrone's Project Room at the PAC ; the Forum 900 project at the Museo del Novecento in which the gallery on the ground floor houses works of contemporary art and design seating, transforming the large spaces into a place for comparisons, debates and presentations; the two projects dedicated to modern art Diego, the other Giacometti and Hortus Alchemicus at the Luigi Rovati Foundation ; the exhibition dedicated to the artist's installations and videos to Dara Birnbaum at the Fondazione Prada Observatory . Protagonists of Milan Art Week will also be the spaces of Fondazione Prada with the exhibition Cere Anatomiche , Fondazione ICA Milano with the personal exhibition of Nathalie Provosty and Triennale Milano with the new xhibitions Lisa Ponti.
