Prince William and alleged lover don't care about comments
Rumours of Prince William's betrayal with Rose Hanbury are neither new nor a surprise to the royal family.
Prince William and Rose Hanbury , supposedly involved in a romantic relationship, are once again facing speculation surrounding the matter.
Although the British Royal Family is angered by the gossip, it was not completely caught off guard by the rumors, given the history of tabloids talking about William's involvement with Rose Hanbury, Marchioness of Cholmondeley and close friend of Kate Middleton.
The old gossip irritates royal advisors, but everyone already expected that Kate's "disappearance" would fuel reports about William's possible betrayal. Furthermore, sources linked to William and Rose claim that their friends are also not bothered by "fake news".
“It’s deeply uncomfortable and unhelpful, but the Palace is not surprised that rumors about the affair are returning,” a royal source told The Daily Beast.
Who is Rose Hanbury?
Rose has a diverse background, having worked as a model and also as an advisor to Michael Gove, a conservative politician who currently holds the position of United Kingdom Secretary for Housing and Communities. Her husband, David Rocksavage, is a 62-year-old renowned English film director and the 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley, belonging to one of England's most prominent aristocratic families. The couple met during a vacation trip to Italy and, after six years together, they decided to get married, forming a family with three children. Additionally, Rose has royal connections through her maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Lambart, daughter of the 10th Earl of Cavan, who served as one of the bridesmaids at Elizabeth and Philip's wedding.
