In Progress Mallorca

This vintage emporium and interior design studio focuses on mid-century and ex-industrial pieces with bags of character. They always have a fantastic selection of lighting along with lots of seventies rattan and the odd Wassily chair.

Piel de Gallina

Piel de Gallina is a real community hub as well as being a multidisciplinary space in which design, vintage fashion and recycling all have a place. The owner is super well-connected and has a great eye – he actually styled my last campaign – and he has an incredible studio space for shoots. I come for European and American vintage clothes and to style-spot all the cool kids who shop here.

Obsolete

Obsolete has stores in Ibiza and Mallorca as well as a gorgeous hotel near Valldemossa. They stock beautiful Balearic antiques like stone water troughs, terracotta bowls and the green glass demijohns that were once found in fincas across the the islands. I stumbled across the hotel when my daughters were modelling there in a campaign for the Spanish brand Nicoli Kids. They all dived straight in the pool after the shoot wrapped.

Sol Vintage

I’m an eyewear junkie and Sol is dedicated to the very finest of vintage sunglasses. They stock beautiful acetate frames from the 1960s and 1970s along with classic RayBans and one-offs from the likes of Kàdor and Alain Mikli. I could go mad in here.

Consell Flea Market

This vast, rowdy, fascinating flea market is the jewel in Mallorca’s vintage crown, a veritable treasure trove of furniture, antiques, art, objets and the odd truckload of total tat. I love getting there early on a Sunday and grabbing a café con leche and a tostada from the onsite café before heading off down the endless aisles to haggle for dusty old oil paintings, antique embroidered linens and kitschy bits of retro home décor.
