Chanel Shines at the Cité Radieuse in Marseille
Renowned for extraordinary destinations, Chanel will unveil its 2024-2025 Cruise collection at MAMO, on the roof of the Cité Radieuse, this May 2, in Marseille.
Chanel will unveil its 2024-2025 Cruise collection at MAMO and the event will mark another pivotal cultural moment for this iconic venue, which became a contemporary art centre in 2013, under the direction of the visionary Ora Ito who attracted contemporary art masters Daniel Buren, Xavier Veilhan, Daniel Arsham and the troublemakers Space Invaders and ZEVS.
The event at the famous brutalist building designed by Le Corbusier will take place in two parts, with two fashion shows organized during the day to welcome the expected crowd of influencers and VIPs ready to do anything to attend the most fashionable first weekend of the season.
Arrangements to prepare the space will take place later this month. The already emblematic place will be transformed, and we look forward to introducing you to the brand new cruise creations of artistic director Virginie Viard, always inspired by Gabrielle, pioneer of the cruise collection.
