Last October, Chloé announced that Chemena Kamali would take over from Gabriela Hearst as its new Creative Director. Chemena Kamali has been in the fashion industry for over 20 years and worked for Chloé for many years. She first joined the Chloé team under Phoebe Philo and then rejoined Chloé in 2013 as Design Director working with Clare Waight Keller. In 2016, she left Chloé to join Saint Laurent as Women's Ready-to-Wear Design Director, working with Anthony Vaccarello.
In February this year, the new creative director released her first catwalk collection at Paris Fashion Week, bringing everyone a familiar yet modern new look for Chloé.
