THE BIG D DROP: Diesel x Durex the collaboration that doubles the pleasure
Alluring, fun, and above all For Sucsexful Living . And this is also "the first time" for Durex that enters the fashion system with a straight leg with the collaboration with Diesel. Together for a drop that celebrates sex positivity as a human right and the shared values of the two brands.
The Diesel x Durex capsule collection arrives in Diesel Stores starting April 28, unveiled with the spring summer 2023 fashion show by Glenn Martens . The OTB group brand forms a creative partnership with the leading brand for the production of condoms to create a creative liaison that celebrates choice and sex positivity as a human right, democratic vision and of course pleasure.
A "For Sucsexful Living" collaboration (as the claim screams that goliardically cripples the mantra of the Italian brand) which naturally began with the setting set up with a mountain of 200,000 boxes of Durex condoms. Diesel x Durex is a capsule collection that delivers a powerful message of individual freedom to the global Diesel and Durex communities, bringing the topic to the forefront of culture. A topic very close to the heart of creative director Glenn Martens as well who, as he confided to L'Officiel : « from the first day I arrived at Diesel, the idea was to continue the communicative heritage of the famous Italian brand advertisements, but with a different approach. And the new collaboration comes straight and clear.
THE DIESEL X DUREX CAPSULE COLLECTION
The drop of the capsule collection consists of the grey mélange t-shirt printed with a new logo that combines two iconic logos on the front, the large D of Diesel and that of Durex, and on the back, on the shoulders, features the phrase For Sucsexful Living. A similar treatment of the logos appears on the gray heather hoodie. The 5-pocket straight leg denims in light wash have For Sucsexful Living printed along the leg in red font and the combined logo on the back pocket. And finally the special edition baseball cap made with cotton denim in a light blue tone. The capsule will be on sale with prices ranging from €75 to €225, and will be available at selected Diesel Stores and on the official website.
To amplify and expand the democracy of Diesel's sex positivity message highlighted at the show, along with Durex's core value of embracing one's sexual identity, another 300,000 boxes of Diesel x Durex co-branded condoms will be donated to Diesel Stores worldwide .
