L'Officiel Hommes Italia Issue n° 30 - The letter from the Director

On the occasion of the celebrations for her first 30 years of career, the pop-star Laura Pausini, during her traveling concert which touched New York, Madrid and Milan in 24 hours, launched an important message from the stage before christening the new single titled “A good start”. «The mind is like a parachute... it's only useful if it opens» . And the mantra of the Italian singer has become the common thread of this issue of L'OFFICIEL Hommes , guiding the line-up of the fashion issue dedicated to the spring summer 2023 collections . An issue which, in reality, is a mosaic of unique personalities, called upon to reinvent themselves in their history. Starting with our global star, Nicholas Hoult, who after 20 years of career is in the cast of two dark films related to the world of vampires. And that in this issue, the 30th in the Italian history of L'OFFICIEL Hommes , is told in an intimate and personal conversation with Elle Fanning, co-star in the television series "The Great". To complete the mosaic, Colm Dillane, a creative talent who conquered the fashion scene first with his KidSuper and then collaborating with Louis Vuitton , collecting and remastering part of Virgil Abloh's creative legacy. But also a journey to discover the culture of Hip Hop which, in the last 50 years, has radically influenced contemporary culture. An innovative, nonconformist and provocative attitude also characterizes all the other talents that animate this number. From the young actor Matteo Paolillo to the Ofenbach duo, made up of dee jays Dorian Lauduique and César De Rummel, via the dancer and choreographer Léo Walk, the tennis super star Alexander Zverev, the upcoming talent Thoé, the artist Nicolas Lefebvre and four future stars of French cinema: Cyril Metzger, Yann Gael, Syrus Shahidi and César Domboy.
