Melissa X Undercover: the shoe collab
The Brazilian footwear brand announces the first capsule collection with the Japanese brand
Individuality and independence are the concepts on which the UNDERCOVER brand is based. References from creative director Jun Takahashi are combined with the iconic shapes of the Melissa brand, resulting in a versatile collaboration.
The collaboration consists of four models, three shoes and a bag: “ Melissa + UNDERCOVER Spikes Boot ” with laces positioned on the back and thorn motifs adorning the soles, " Melissa + UNDERCOVER Spikes Sandal " with pyramid-shaped stud motifs and thorns, " Melissa + UNDERCOVER Beach Slide Spike " with rose and thorn motifs and " Melissa + UNDERCOVER Together Bag " decorated with razor blade ribbons and thorn motifs.
The shoes are made of recyclable plastic materials, each item is available in black and in different color variations that highlight the silhouettes of the models. The UNDERCOVER X Melissa collaboration is available on the online shop.
