NYFW: the Off-White tribute collection

The label's Spring/Summer 2025 show took place at Brooklyn Bridge Park's Pier 2, with a large basketball court as a backdrop, emphasizing the collection's athletic tones.

For Off-White ’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, designer Ib Kamara drew inspiration from a recent trip to Ghana, the home country of the brand’s late founder, Virgil Abloh. Kamara sought to combine themes of African heritage and the search for opportunity in America, creating a committed collection that resonates more than ever with the collective unconscious.

For women, the designer unveiled deep V-neck silhouettes and mesh skirts to complement the sensual look of the collection. Men’s wear, meanwhile, had a street style twist with a twist, with sleeveless hoodies reimagined with zipped sections along the torso. Varsity jackets were reinterpreted, created in collaboration with Ghanaian artist Nan Danso . Athletic influences were omnipresent for both genders, with many referencing sports jerseys, with the number “00” printed in bold on the back.

In the front row, we saw pop girl Camila Cabello , It-girl Paris Jackson . But also singer Zayn Malik, who made a rare public appearance to support the brand.
