Just two months after appointed as creative director , Alessandro Michele reveals his first looks men and women from the resort 2025 collection by Valentino . His first collection for the Roman Maison was called " Avant le Débuts" . Alessandro Michele had already previously confirmed his fascination for the Valentino archive and even from his first collection, the enthusiasm for Valentino Garavani's work emerges.

The new creative director tells the press that he performed the work of an orchestra conductor, developing Valentino's aesthetic codes and sharing his vision with the new team. «My first thought goes to this story: to the richness of its cultural and symbolic heritage, to the sense of wonder that it has constantly been able to generate, to the precious identity that its founding fathers, Valentino Garavani and Giancarlo Giammetti, gave it with love unbridled. These are references that have always represented an indispensable source of inspiration for me and to which I intend to pay homage by rereading them through my creative vision " said Alessandro Michele.

He confesses that for his first collection he was inspired by Valentino Garavani's "White Fashion Show" of 1968, by that marked grace that led him to present his first men's and women's looks which evoke a refinement and elegance of times gone by.
