“ World of FENDI ” offers guests an exclusive peek into the brand’s luxurious craftsmanship in different artistic fields, including fur, leather goods, haute couture and, for the first time, high-end jewellery, through its special “ Made-To-Order ” customization service.
Fendi's 2024 Spring/Summer Haute Couture collection was created by Kim Jones, Artistic Director of Haute Couture and Women's Collections, continuing the dialogue between poetry and reality. Fendi Haute Couture abandons luxury and adornment in favour of pragmatism, and is perfectly presented by the craftsmen of the Fendi workshops using superb skills and ingenuity: from embroiderers to tailors, from sample makers to leather makers and fur craftsmen. From simple geometric shapes to unmodified raw crocodile leather, the theme of "Human Futurism" runs through the entire collection, combining unchanging elements of the past to create the present and the future.
Fendi's leather goods are a blend of timeless materials and cutting-edge techniques, as seen in the work of Silvia Venturini Fendi, Artistic Director of Accessories and Men's Collections, including the classic Peekaboo and Baguette handbags, as well as the Fendi First and Travel Goods collections for men and women. Whether it is the precious rare leathers, furs and embroidery such as soft crocodile skin with mink lining and flowing fringed embroidery, or the top expertise of Fendi's artisans, all highlight Fendi 's reputation as a master of materials, and through the " Made-To-Order " customization service, customers' wishes are turned into treasures.
The Fendi Triptych collection is the work of Delfina Delettrez Fendi, Artistic Director of Jewellery. It debuted at the Autumn/Winter 2023 Haute Couture Collection Show, reflecting pure and charming light, celebrating the implicit style and charming elegance, combining the solemn Roman architecture with the asymmetric faces, wonders and mirages that exist forever in nature. The Fendi Triptych collection subverts the characteristics of traditional jewellery structure and creates a sense of lightness and agility, becoming a new Fendi heritage.
