François Civil is the new Bulgari ambassador
The multi-talented French actor recently joined the Bulgari family as a Friend of the House.
After a notable participation in the first two parts of the saga The Musketeers and the release of the dramatic film Pas de Vagues last March, François Civil will return to our screens through the series Fiasco , which will be broadcast on Netflix from April 30 . We will then find him in the romantic comedy L'Amour Ouf , by Gilles Lellouche, which will be released in theaters in October 2024.
For the latter, François Civil gives the answer to Adèle Exarchopoulos — also Friend of the House of Bulgari . Both will walk the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival on May 23 to present this film, selected in Competition.
A darling of French cinema for several years now, François Civil made his debut in the comedy Le Cactus by Gérard Bitton in the mid-2000s. François Civil notably stood out a few years later in the film Either I Die or I Will Better (2009) which earned him a nomination for the Lumière Prize for Male Revelation, as well as a pre-nomination for the César for Male Revelation at the age of 18 (2009).
His rise in French cinema has increased with successes like Five , directed by Igor Gotesman in 2016, Le Chant du Loup (2019) and Mon Inconnue (2019). In 2022, he won the César for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in the film Bac Nord by Cédric Jimenez. A feat repeated the following year, when he received this distinction again for his role in En Corps by Cédric Klapisch.
