Mondrian and Hyde Launch 'Best of the Best' Culinary Series
A culinary first of its kind for the island.
Ibiza’s two newest hotels, Mondrian and Hyde, are set to become a haven for culinary delights with the launch of the Best of the Best Dining Series. This exciting new series that will bring internationally renowned chefs to Ibiza throughout the summer.
The series marks a significant moment for Ibiza’s culinary scene. It will introduce a new level of sophistication and global flair to the island’s dining options. The first of its kind for Ibiza, the series is led by the Ennismore group, which recently opened the two new hotels.
The Best of the Best Culinary Series will take place at two of the new establishments: Japanese restaurant Niko and Mexican restaurant Cuyo. The series kicks off on June 21st at Niko, welcoming the internationally renowned chef Pam Pichaya Soontornyanakij. Chef Pam is a rising star in the culinary world, having earned the distinction of Asia’s Best Female Chef and been the youngest chef ever to receive both Michelin Star and ‘Opening of the Year awards from the Michelin Guide.
Diners at Niko will have the exclusive opportunity to experience Chef Pam’s signature 20-course Thai Chinese tasting menu, which has garnered her restaurant Potong a coveted spot on both the Asia’s 50 Best and World’s 50 Best lists.
The Best of the Best Culinary Series promises to be a highlight of Ibiza’s summer season, offering residents and visitors alike the chance to savour the creations of some of the world’s most talented chefs.

Each month from June to September, two talented chefs ranked by "50 Best" will land in Ibiza to showcase their gastronomical vision to guests and locals of the island at Niko and Cuyo restaurants to create unforgettable, synergistic meals.
