Without losing the DNA of the house, creative director Wes Gordon brought diversity and a lot of romance to New York's catwalks. Check out all the looks!
The Carolina Herrera brand has always talked to a feminine woman with a strong personality like her creator. For the upcoming European summer, creative director Wes Gordon has n't abandoned these traits, but he's added a good dose of romanticism, thanks to clever combinations of floral prints of tea roses and hand-painted peonies in different sizes, oversized balloon sleeves and head-to-toe accessories. matching feet. This kaleidoscope of floral prints harmonizes with feminine tailoring in jet black; a double-breasted blazer is paired with a hint of red floral chiffon. The iconic Herrera cotton shirt is reimagined with oversized floral rosettes that double as sculptural brooches and link to evening looks. Here dresses made of fluttering chiffon and meters of pleated tulle come in to form extravagant volumes. All this paraded by a casting with different bodies.
