Christian Louboutin launches LoubiFamily, its first collection for the whole family.
Inspired by his childhood memories, Christian Louboutin imagines LoubiFamily, a new category of products with a unique universe in which children and pets are the guests. Baby sneakers, Melodie Chick shoes for little girls, teenagers' sneakers, signed and/or engraved leads and harnesses for 4 furry paws, all join the men's and women's collections of the famous brand with the red sole. And who better than superheroes named SuperLoubi, WonderLoubi and Pilou the lemur straight out of the designer's imagination to dress this collection in colorful prints. As Christian Louboutin explains: “The idea for LoubiFamily was born during confinement. For the first time in years, I had the chance to spend several months in the same place, surrounded by my relatives, my friends, my daughters with my closest friends, my daughters, our dog. .. I wanted to play the life of an adult for a child and the life of a child for an adult, by transposing materials and colors from one to another, by playing on the scale of details and imagine shoes for adults that are a little cartoonish and shoes for children that take their send off”
This collection is available on the brand's e-shop but also in London, New York and Shanghai in new genre concept stores dedicated to it, before being rolled out worldwide.
