Dolce & Gabbana supports Tomo Koizumi for the February 2023 fashion week
On the occasion of the Milan Fashion Week in February 2023, Dolce & Gabbana will support the Japanese designer Tomo Koizumi
With this special project, Dolce & Gabbana will support designer Tomo Koizumi, who will show in Milan during Milan Fashion Week in February 2023. Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana renew their commitment to young creative talents. After the creativity of Miss Sohee and the enfant prodige of English fashion Matty Bovan , it's the turn of the Japanese Tomo Koizumi. “Tomo is a volcano of ideas, energy and vitality, and his fashion is proof of this: the organza clouds, the bright colours, the elegance and lightness of the shapes of his clothes clearly convey the profound creative process that is behind. We are happy to be at Tomo's side on this very special occasion and to bring his art together for the first time in Milan ” the stylists explain.
For the Japanese designer, invited to New York to participate in the fashion week, in Paris and also in Milan, he now has the opportunity to show for the first time with the support of a patronage activity by the brand. “I am truly honored to be able to present my first Milan show with the great support of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. Dolce&Gabbana has created many iconic models that I have admired since I was a child and that have continued to inspire me to this day. This fashion show will be my first abroad after the pandemic: I really appreciate being able to celebrate this important moment together with the big Dolce&Gabbana family".
The color, the couture volumes and the sense of humor of Tomo will do in Milan for what will be a very attentive show-event by the insiders and by an audience attentive to the news.
