Etro: the journey through history at the autumn winter 2024-25 fashion show
At Milan Fashion Week Marco De Vincenzo presents the autumn winter 2024-25 men's and women's fashion show. Special guests at the parade were the fresh winner of the Sanremo Festival Angelina Mango, Bianca Balti and the actors Matteo Paolillo, Beatrice Grannò and Valentina Romani.

For this season on the Etro invitation we read a quote from Marco De Vincenzo: «On the journey I undertook there are no maps. But if one existed, here at Etro, it would be a document like this; the ancient project of a fabric on paper. In each of those hand-coloured dots there is a bit of history of Made in Italy and the imaginative baggage necessary for any journey" referring to a study of a floral jacquard, the absolute trademark of the Etro maison.
In the setting inhabited by 6 immense masks that express 6 different feelings, and on a soundtrack studied by Miglio - a postmodern singer-songwriter who filled the austere room with a special energy - deco wool coats elaborated with gold leaf impressions parade , jacquard dresses and very light dresses with profiles weighed down by voluminous ruffles. Seen as a Homeric journey, Etro's new collection is also built around new graphics, including paisley which becomes a large reversed knit stitch, and also upholstery fabrics, laminations, and prints on felt. A collection that has one foot entangled in the past and in the traditions of the family of fabric makers but which projects itself into the future with a strong aesthetic power full of emotions.
