Seduction is a game of subtleties. This is why the Givenchy woman, in her innate elegance, defies the usual rules of dressing. For autumn-winter 2024-25, the Women's Ready-to-Wear Studio captures its playful and provocative sides. Through a contemporary reading of the iconic themes of Hubert de Givenchy, the collection highlights the playful and suggestive aspects of the founder's inspiring muses, to project them into the contemporary character of his timeless Parisienne. Installed in salons on Avenue George V, the collection reflects the elements of theatricality and surprise woven into the tapestry of elegance created by the House.

We discover a wardrobe made of seductive necklines, daring drapes and eccentric volumes. Graphic necklines are revealed with corseted dresses with swallow necklines, as well as bustiers, leather and velvet dresses with necklines tied with rigid petal-shaped bows. In contrast to the necklines, dramatic draping sculpts sensual peplums — which also appear in the form of oversized sweaters — as well as little black strapless dresses and miniskirts with architectural lines. The language of shapes returns in sculpted coats, peacoats with beetle backs or trapeze volumes, as well as round-cut coats and faux fur stoles. The shapes evoke the logic of Haute Couture, which is also experienced in jackets and blazers with high shoulders, structured by open pockets.
