Haerin of NewJeans is the new Dior ambassador
The emerging K-pop star is the new ambassador of the French Maison. Member of the band New Jeans, Haerin is ready to make her entrance on the international red carpets
Emerging K-pop icon Haerin is the new Dior Ambassador for jewellery, fashion and beauty . The Korean star, born in 2006, is one of the members of the NewJeans group , launched by the independent label ADOR (the same as BTS ). Their debut took place last August 2022 with the digital album New Jeans. With 7.4 million followers on Instagram , the singer unveiled the new campaign on the group's social profile, reaching over 1.6 million likes. In early February, band New Jeans became the first K-pop girl band to sell more than a million copies for their debut album.
The band consisting of Haerin, Minji, Hanni, Danielle and Hyein, are between 14 and 18 years old. They wear Y2K-influenced clothing and have been praised for their retrofuture sound, likened to R&B and 2000s pop-disco music.
The bond that unites Dior to the NewJeans singer is strengthened with a mix of elegance, audacity and creativity.
