Nostalgic for the nineties? Here is the new Mosaert collection

An ode to self-acceptance, the new Mosaert capsule collection imposes a sporty look, with tight cuts and soft tones.

With its tight but comfortable cuts and its palette of nude tones, the new Mosaert collection, titled n°8, has the taste of success. Cyclists, leggings and bodysuits with 90s influences are worn like a second skin, and paired with a few accessories such as bucket hats, banana bags, or even a silk square. An oversized padded jacket/trousers set confirms the retro look of this very special collection, while a modular sweatshirt - the sleeves are detachable - sees the light of day, promising to be a key piece.

"I was inspired a lot by freckles and moles to create this collection" , explains Coralie Barbier, the artistic director of this label co-created with her husband Stromae. "For me, it echoed pointillism and all this current of abstract art. I wanted to combine the two to highlight the beauty of what some consider to be faults or imperfections."

The brand, which now offers XXL, hopes to speak to everyone, regardless of skin color or build. Unisex, all these pieces are made in Europe, mostly from recycled and organic materials, and available in limited quantities.
