Could apple cider vinegar be Victoria Beckham's wellness secret?

Creator and eternal Posh Spice has declared apple cider vinegar a "must" in her diet.

Like Jennifer Aniston, the British stylist   Victoria Beckham   consumes   cider vinegar   to stay in shape. The old   Spice Girl   said in an interview that she starts her day by drinking a few tablespoons of the "miracle" elixir every morning. Science seems to support this method, by the way.

In fact, many scientists claim that the   cider vinegar   has an effect on enzymes involved in digestion.
