Who are the winners of the 2024 CFDA Fashion Awards?
The Council of Fashion Designers of America celebrated the winners and honorees of the 2024 CFDA Fashion Awards presented by Amazon Fashion at the American Museum of Natural History.
It was the night not to be missed on October 28th. As it does every year, the Council of Fashion Designers of America welcomed prestigious hosts and guests, from Cynthia Erivo to Kylie Jenner, Blake Lively and Marc Jacobs, for an event that was all about fashion and celebration. Thom Browne , Chairman of the CFDA, welcomed the winners, nominees and guests of the 2024 CFDA Fashion Awards with a keynote address at the start of the ceremony, while Tony, Emmy, Grammy winner and Oscar nominee Cynthia Erivo hosted the evening.
Da'Vine Joy Randolph presented the American Womenswear Designer of the Year award to Rachel Scott of Diotima , while Troye Sivan presented the American Menswear Designer of the Year award to Willy Chavarria .
Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie announced Raul Lopez de Luar as the American Accessories Designer of the Year, while Molly Gordon and Brandon Maxwell presented the Google Shopping Emerging U.S. Creator of the Year award to Henry Zankov of Zankov .
Erykah Badu has been named a fashion icon by André 3000.
Following remarks from Amazon Fashion VP Jenny Freshwater, Charles Melton and Kelsea Ballerini presented the Amazon Fashion Innovation Award to Coach for Coachtopia. Creative Director Stuart Vevers accepted the award on behalf of the brand.
The Founder's Award in honor of Eleanor Lambert was presented to Hamish Bowles by Marc Jacobs.
Blake Lively presented Michael Kors with the Positive Change Award.
Anna Wintour presented Annie Leibovitz with the Media Award in Honor of Eugenia Sheppard.
Molly Ringwald presented Isabel Toledo with the Isabel Toledo Board of Directors’ tribute, newly renamed “Tribute to Isabel Toledo.” Ruben Toledo accepted the award on behalf of his late wife.
Amy Griffin presented the International Award to Daniel Roseberry of Schiaparelli .
The Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Stephen Burrows by Donna Karan and Todd Oldham .
