Recipe: The minimalist cocktail to sip this autumn

Ingredients :
20ml Calvados
20ml Rye Whiskey
20ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
10ml Genepi
Peated whisky
Preparation :
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes and shake for about 40 seconds.
Serve ideally in a low glass with a large ice cube such as "clear ice", on which you spray a mist of peaty whisky.
