The Cédric Grolet Café has finally opened its doors
After the first teasing of images on Instagram, the pastry chef's new address is revealed to our greatest pleasure.
Cédric Grolet never ceases to surprise us! After conquering the international scene with his Fruits & Flowers universes, the Chef presents his definition of the Coffee Shop with the opening of his café as gourmet as it is Instagrammable. On the program, hot or cold drinks - ranging from the classic Flat White to the more original Milk Punch - as well as two new creations that are already cult: croissant-donuts and cookie-pizzas, by the slice or in XXL format for the biggest appetites.
“With the opening of this new boutique, I am happy to be able to offer a new concept with new creations which will evolve in five variations over the seasons, like my collections,” explains Chef Cédric Grolet. Before discovering the future surprises of this evolving menu, the flavours offered in the coffee shop make our mouths water. Among them, a croissant-donut filled with your choice of vanilla, coffee, hazelnut, pistachio or chocolate, and a pizza-cookie available with pecan, pistachio, three chocolates, peanut or hazelnut…
The aesthetic of the address remains faithful to the other boutiques opened by the Chef, with a characteristic minimalism twisted with a contemporary touch — breaking the traditional codes of Parisian cafés and pastries. Not only does Cédric Grolet dust off the usual codes of the foodie sphere, but he also pleases our budgets with a very affordable menu for the quality of his proposals. Allow an average of €5 for a coffee, a single croissant-donut or a slice of cookie-pizza ; €25 for a box of 5 croissants and donuts and €35 for an XXL pizza cookie .
