Discover the top restaurants for Paris Fashion Week
Amidst fashion shows, whether it's for a quick lunch or a leisurely evening meal, L'OFFICIEL unveils the beloved Parisian haunts of fashion insiders.
For a quick lunch
No time to sit down for a classic omelette and fries? We then opt for the alternative of the egg sandwich topped with an incredible gribiche sauce, iceberg lettuce and chopped chives for a touch of freshness. Love it all in a plump roll bun for maximum indulgence, without forgetting some grated rösti pancakes to accompany. Ideal for running all day from one parade to another without fear of feeling peckish!
115 Rue Oberkampf, 75011 Paris
For a change from the classic ham and butter, we twist our sandwich in an oriental brioche style. Lengthened like a hot dog, flavoured with orange blossom, stuffed with shredded beef and candied lemons - or lentil falafels for veggies - the House's signature "bledwich" has been driving all of Paris into a frenzy since its opening. At Choukran, street food is as daring as it becomes gastronomic — just to make your front row friend pale with jealousy.
29 Rue Saint-Georges, 75009 Paris
Impossible to resist a good brioche bun, generously topped with fried chicken. A spicy version to energize yourself before your next show - or not - the burger is as decadent as it is sexy with its flavors that madden the taste buds and its colors worthy of a Pantone colour chart. For some other culinary delights, we ask for smashed potatoes to take away, or the signature buttermilk biscuit — a small savory scone guaranteed to be addictive, finger-licking…
10 Rue des Petites Écuries, 75010 Paris
For a casual lunch
At the foot of the Montmartre hill, the Bimbo is aimed at all those who wish to stroll in the heart of the most desirable historic district in the eyes of the world. There are many traditional French dishes, sometimes revisited, which add to the charm of the brasserie. For a light, yet gourmet lunch, let yourself be seduced by a classic Niçoise salad, a semi-cooked tuna like a tataki or an assortment of vegetable gyoza. If we're not too late for our next show, we'll go for dessert — from caramel French toast to crème brûlée, to red fruit pavlova.
8 Rue des Trois Frères, 75018 Paris
Ideally nestled in the heart of the pedestrian village of Montorgueil, Alma is an uninhibited place to live, giving pride of place to Corsican gastronomy revisited from a chic bistro angle. Between noon and two, we go there to enjoy small dishes to share - including generous zucchini fritters and their bush sauce, Corsican tomme fries and the unmissable charcuterie board. For a solo lunch, opt for the truffle croque with your eyes closed, revisited with focaccia bread, which you pair with a light cocktail with maquis accents.
10 Rue Mandar, 75002 Paris
For a 100% sweet sit-down lunch, we surprise ourselves by visiting the third address of the Café Nuances coffee shop – this time located in the 8th arrondissement of the capital. In a celestial decor in blue-orange monochrome, this little setting bewitches us as soon as we step through the door with its galactic, multicolored spheres, which diffuse their soft lights, and its sophisticated menu - between wellness drinks and regressive snacks. There we find the signature elixirs of other addresses - among the iconic rose latte or the chestnut honey latte -, without forgetting the homemade pastries which comfort us between two fashion shows - from banana bread to lemon-poppy cake, to the wonderful ultra soft cookies. The gourmet exclusivity that makes us (even more) want to make the trip? The all-new popcorn-infused latte, perfect for sipping until your next show.
10 Rue de la Tremoille, 75008 Paris
For a chic dinner
What better occasion than Fashion Week to indulge in a caviar extravaganza? Ideally located in the heart of Madeleine, Caviar Kaspia welcomes its guests for a memorable dinner (you can even stroll there from lunch until very, very late at night if you are in the mood to try the entire menu). While the premises have undergone a small facelift on the first floor, while retaining their timeless charm, the menu remains a safe bet. Toasts, tagliolini or poached eggs topped with caviar: whatever your preference, there is no shortage of options for enhancing sturgeon.
17 Place de la Madeleine, 75008 Paris
Chef Anne-Sophie Pic is a maker of exceptional moments. With her institution La Dame de Pic, she attracts fashion aficionados as soon as they leave the shows thanks to its central location - in the heart of the 1st arrondissement. Choose from a menu in three, four, five or seven sequences - to discover a sensitive cuisine, characterised by the balance between the combinations of flavours, the power of tastes and the delicacy of expression. Prepare to rediscover the finest ingredients in their most remarkable form.
20 Rue du Louvre, 75001 Paris
Far from the hustle and bustle of the fashion shows, Le Flandrin welcomes the fashion elite for a timeless break at dinner time. The family institution since 1936 seduces with its posh brasserie-style menu, its sophisticated setting, its careful table decoration and its vast terrace for the hottest evenings... A taste of tradition is found in the great classics on the menu: eggs and mayonnaise , raw purple artichokes, sole meunière, roast chicken to share, without forgetting the famous crème brûlée which perfectly rounds off your day.
4 Place Tattegrain, 75116 Paris
Italian cuisine has the reputation of never disappointing... But when it is taken to its peak, the ecstasy is total. Nestled under the elegant veranda of JK Place, Casa Tua reveals a gastronomy elevated by carefully crafted products, sublimated with nobility. We enjoy a homemade focaccia to be dipped in extra olive oil, an Artigianale DOP burrata on its cushion of heirloom tomatoes or perfectly al dente spaghetti alla Nerano with basil-lemon-parmesan sauce 36 months and its zucchini brunoise dress the plate in a tender green. To enjoy the sweetness of the place, continue your evening with a traditional dessert - among tiramisu or babà limoncello.
82 Rue de Lille, 75007 Paris
Delicate, poetic, nostalgic… So many emotions pass through us when (re)discovering the hybrid cuisine of Korean Chef Ji-Hye Park. It was at the Château des Fleurs, within its warm and cozy setting, that she chose to relocate OMA. It retains its spirit — that of a cuisine halfway between Paris and Seoul, simple, authentic and comforting. A choice address to continue to amaze with a parade of culinary wonders.
19 Rue Vernet, 75008 Paris
