Summer recipe: Moringa chia pudding

Ingredients :

- 250mL coconut or almond milk
- 5 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Moringa powder
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional)
- A handful of granola (here, the Holy Blends Keto Crunch Granola )
- A few
blueberries for topping (optional)

Preparation :

Pour the chia seeds, coconut milk and maple syrup into a bowl and mix with a whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Then add the Moringa powder and mix well to incorporate the Moringa into the chia pudding.
Leave to rest in the fridge for 30 to 45 minutes then pour into two verrines, adding the filling of your choice: here the granola provides such a delicious crunchy texture.
