EAT
Urusai is the newest addition to the Cala Moli stable, a design-driven Japanese izakaya perched directly on the water’s edge with architecture that draws from brutalism, Ibiza’s culture and Japanese kissaten, a type of coffee shop.
As for the actual menu, El Silencio tapped two chefs from Paris to merge their creative palettes: Yuji Mikuriya of Ojii, a fine dining spot, and Romain Littière of the izakaya Onii-San. The result is an Iberian-Japanese fusion menu that leads with seafood and Ibiza’s local produce. Come for superlative sunsets over Ibiza’s mythical west coast.
IMMERSE
Throughout the summer, El Silencio will host cultural event such as talks, concert and sound healing experiences. Stay in the loop here.
