Golden Goose, the HAUS of Dreamers in Venice with K-pop singer SUNMI and Suki Waterhouse
Among the gondolas of the Grand Canal Golden Goose presents its HAUS project with the HAUS of Dreamers event. Fabio Novembre, Quannah Chasinghorse, Dr. Woo, Suki Waterhouse and SUNMI are the five "dreamer" artists whom the Marghera-based luxury brand asked to define which is the most iconic side of Venice...
With the HAUS of Dreamers event in Venice, Golden Goose presents HAUS , a platform that will support art and craftsmanship through a multipurpose space where the Marghera brand was born. The brand's undertaking is to cultivate the creativity and talent of the new generations. Speaking with the CEO of Golden Goose, Silvio Campara, we understand how much the brand wants to bring craftsmanship back to being the fulcrum of the production process. And also bring it back to being a "cool" choice for young people entering the world of work. « Saying that even a common work is extraordinary » . The young people selected for the Golden Goose Academy project « won't have to shell out a single euro. For a company, finding and helping to train talents is, I think, much more important than having an economic return in the short term » . Thanks to the creation of an archive, a library and an auditorium inside, HAUS will make the heritage of the brand and its history available to the community, allowing visitors to give space to their creativity. There will also be an area used for exhibitions, in which artists who are part of the brand's community will be presented. « HAUS is much more than a place. We have designed the building of our dreams to remain over time and give space to our community of dreamers » Silvio Campara tells us, « people will be able to live the HAUS experience not only in Marghera, but in various places around the world through unique events, immersive pop-ups and many other creative experiences » .

To give life to the Venetian stage of HAUS of Dreamers (the following one will be in Paris during the Fashion Week in October), Golden Goose has chosen five multifaceted artists of international renown from different sectors: Fabio Novembre , Quannah Chasinghorse , Dr. Woo , SUNMI and Suki Waterhouse. The Golden Goose dreamers have reinterpreted what they consider to be the icons of Venice, creating unique and engaging experiences along the course of the Grand Canal. The evening began with a performance by the Italian architect and designer Fabio Novembre. In his installation at the Pescheria di Rialto , participants walked through an immersive tunnel made of blue portals of decreasing size leading to the final view of the Grand Canal, all accompanied by the sound of a heartbeat. « For me the icon of Venice is Venice itself: through my installation the viewer's eye is obliged to observe it ». Next, Quannah Chasinghorse, Native American, land protector and model, recited a poem inspired by her history and roots from the Rialto Bridge. Guests then sailed on to The Venice Venice Hotel, where the evening continued with an installation by tattoo artist Dr. Woo. Through a photographic performance, the actress and singer Suki Waterhouse - whom we recently saw on the Met Gala red carpet with Robert Pattinson at her side - dreamed of covering the hotel entrance with a series of photos of the city, captured through its lens. The evening concluded with an exclusive dinner and a live performance by K-pop artist SUNMI .
