An ode to wild nature by Zuhair Murad
Under the sign of freedom and sensuality, Zuhair Murad's spring-summer 2025 collection reinvents Haute Couture with creations where wild nature meets sublime elegance.
Transporting the viewer to a distant and unspoiled island, Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad unveils a series of dresses that seem to have been born from an untamed land, where feminine silhouettes blend into the elements. Corsets are transformed into inverted petals, sculpting the body with an almost magical fluidity, while silk drapes, like cocoons, blossom into a vibrant ballet, animated by the breath of nature. The hibiscus, symbol of the Mediterranean and Beirut , blooms on the fabrics with its undulating shapes and flamboyant hues, bringing a soft and enveloping sensuality. Delicate bows , light as butterflies, adorn the dresses and hairstyles, recalling the carefree nature of childhood. A subtle homage to the 1960s and Hollywood is woven throughout the collection, infusing each creation with timeless nostalgia, while the whole evokes the beauty of a reinvented Eve, blossoming in the morning of the world.
