Ingredients

1 chocolate bar (dark or milk, whichever you prefer!)

1 banana

2 medjool dates

1 Tablespoon peanut butter

1 Tablespoon of vegetable milk (almond, oats, etc.)

vanilla powder

A pinch of salt
Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a bain marie

In a blender, mix all the other ingredients

In a silicone mold in the shape of half spheres, put a layer of chocolate on the entire surface (make sure that the chocolate covers the entire surface) then put the mold in the freezer and reserve the remaining chocolate.

When the chocolate is frozen, add the preparation then cover it with chocolate

Put the mold back in the freezer

Once everything is well frozen (at least 3 hours), you can enjoy!
