How to make Café Nuances Honey Cinnamon Latte?

Ingredients :
- 1 shot of Slow Dance Espresso from Myanmar with shades of chocolate, pecan nuts and apricot
- 280mL cow's milk or oat milk
- 20g of chestnut honey for its powerful and refined taste on the palate
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Masala powder and cinnamon
Preparation :
In a cup, pour the chestnut honey, the espresso, and the cinnamon stick. Mix.
Heat and froth the milk – ideally with an emulsifier – then pour it into the cup.
Sprinkle masala and cinnamon over the mousse.
