Magda Butrym & H&M celebrate their romantic collaboration in Brooklyn

Magda Butrym and H&M presented their highly anticipated collection with a floral celebration at Brooklyn's iconic One Hanson Place. Surrounded by roses, music, and strong personalities from the fashion world, the spirit of this collaboration was palpable—a celebration of femininity, romance, and timeless design.

Magda Butrym and H&M transformed Brooklyn's historic One Hanson Place into a blooming rose paradise for the preview of their collaborative collection. Celebrity guests included Iris Law, Nara Smith, Irina Shayk, Amelia Gray, Valentina Sampaio, and Chloë Sevigny, who wandered among flower-decorated arches and enjoyed rose-flavoured cocktails.

At the heart of the collection is the rose – a symbol of Magda Butrym's poetic aesthetic and an expression of her connection to feminine strength. Instead of a traditional runway show, the collection was worn by the guests themselves, creating a personal, almost intimate atmosphere that made fashion a direct experience.

Musical highlights were provided by Charlotte Lawrence and Kelela live on stage, accompanied by DJ sets from Soo Joo and Fifi (Sophia Ziskin), who perfectly captured the mood between romance and coolness.

"It was an honor to see the collection come to life tonight on so many amazing women," said Magda Butrym. "My inspiration has always been strong, confident femininity—and that's exactly what was celebrated today."

"The central motif of Magda Butrym's H&M collection is the rose," added Ann-Sofie Johansson, Creative Advisor at H&M. "So it was wonderful to see Brooklyn in full bloom tonight. The collection is an ode to romance and poetry—and the event captured this spirit perfectly."

The Magda Butrym x H&M collection will be available online at hm.com and in selected stores from April 24, 2025.
