Cheval Blanc St-Tropez celebrates the 10th anniversary of the three Michelin stars

The first two stars La Vague d'Or received in 2010, and in 2013 the restaurant was awarded the third Michelin star. Since then, La Vague d'Or has confirmed its status as a Michelin-starred restaurant every year.

For nine years, Arnaud Donckel defended the right to possess the highest award, and last year confirmed it again in another restaurant of the Cheval Blanc hotel chain: in March 2022, the Michelin guide awarded the chef and restaurant Plénitude at the Cheval Blanc Paris hotel three stars at once.

To celebrate this event, Chef Arno Donkel has prepared a unique menu that includes the best dishes that have shaped the restaurant's gastronomic culture over the past 10 years. Guests can enjoy a unique culinary symphony, complemented by a great combination of wines. Each dish is distinguished not only by its exquisite taste, but also by its excellent presentation.
