Fireside Negroni: The ultimate Winter cocktail
There's a new hot drink in town, and the name is fireside negroni.
Ingredients:
- 5 oz.
Hot Earl Grey Tea
- 1 1/2 oz.
gin
- 1/2 oz.
Campari
- 1/2 oz.
sweet vermouth
- 1/4 oz.
pure maple syrup

Orange wheel and star anise, for garnish
Directions:
Step 1:
In a small pot, bring 1 c. water to a boil. Remove from heat and add tea. Let steep for 2 minutes. Remove bags or strain leaves.
Step 2:
In a mug, combine gin, Campari, vermouth, and syrup. Top off with tea and stir to combine. Garnish with orange wheel and star anise.
