Indulge Guilt-Free with This Raw Vegan Pecan Brownie Recipe

Ingredients :
300 g of dates
150 g pecans
8 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
5 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp tahini
1 pinch of fleur de sel
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation :
Soak the pitted dates in a bowl with hot water.
Place 50 g of pecans and chia seeds in the blender, pulse.
Add 50 g of pecans to the blender (keep the rest to leave them whole in the brownie) , the dates (making sure to drain them well) , the cocoa powder, the maple syrup, the tahini, the vanilla extract, pinch of salt. Pulse again.
Place the dough in a rectangular dish covered with parchment paper. Pack well and place the whole pecans on top.
Place in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 1 hour to let the brownie set. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
