Lanvin New Era: The Tribute to Jeanne Lanvin and Peter Copping's Debut Show

At Paris Fashion Week Peter Copping debuts his first men's and women's collection Autumn winter 2025-2026. A tribute to the legacy of Jeanne Lanvin.

From the title: "À la maison" you can understand the intent of the new creative director Peter Copping with his debut show as creative director of Lanvin . "This collection is deeply personal - a tribute to the world of Jeanne Lanvin and her intimate sense of style. I tried to project the essence of her wardrobe into the present, imagining it worn by a cast of modern characters, which I hope you will enjoy discovering" says the creative director in the press release of the men's and women's autumn winter 2025-2026 collection presented during Paris Fashion Week.

Lanvin ’s Autumn Winter 2025-2026 men’s and women’s collection is a tribute to founder Jeanne Lanvin ’s vision and her ability to create clothes for women and men, for mothers and children, as well as expressing a lifestyle vision through fragrances and interiors. Today, Lanvin blue, the French brand’s signature shade, is reinterpreted to celebrate the heritage of the Maison, founded in 1889. Subtle references to archive styles, the “J” and “L” silhouettes and Jeanne Lanvin’s creativity emerge throughout the collection. From the Art Deco approach to the balanced use of patterns (inspired by the furnishings of the founder’s home) to the couture tailoring that has always distinguished the Lanvin man and woman.
