The Dior Homme show, held at the École Militaire in Paris, paid tribute to Christian Dior's legacy by updating one of his most iconic silhouettes: the H line . Dior Homme's artistic director, Kim Jones , elevated this reference to classicism by introducing a series of innovative creations, while retaining the spirit of the house's founder.

The staging of the show, worthy of a theatrical performance, magnificently accompanied this vision. The models, strolling on a stage where an immense white vertical ladder stood out as a minimalist and refined decor, were accompanied by the composition of the composer Michael Nyman, bringing a sound dimension just as solemn and modern as the pieces that paraded before our eyes. The collection mixed textures, volumes and military influences, and brilliantly oscillated between rigor and fluidity.

The Dior show notably highlighted flowing satin blouses, long coats that elegantly redefine the masculine silhouette and bomber jackets revisited in more formal versions. Blazers, for their part, stood out with a clearly modernized cut, in particular thanks to the topstitching that emphasizes the lines of the bust, redefining the masculine fit. The collection plays with contrasting materials, juxtaposing satin and shiny fabrics with more opaque and compact fabrics, while introducing innovative shapes such as boat necks or square necklines, atypical elements for the male wardrobe, but perfectly integrated into Kim Jones' vision.

Other distinctive elements of the collection include kimono jackets adorned with Swarovski crystals, creating a stunning contrast between the couture look and the modern armor look. The color palette, refined and sober, recalls the tones of the New Look: from deep black to off-white, with touches of delicate pink, and some hints of brown and gray. The play on proportions and volumes allowed for the exploration of more fluid shapes, such as long skirts skimming the floor, which bring an avant-garde touch while respecting the Dior spirit.

The presence of prestigious guests in the front row, such as Robert Pattinson , Kate Moss , Amanda Lear, Saul Nanni, Jay Chou , and many other personalities from the international scene, contributed to the aura of this exceptional show. These emblematic figures, loyal to the House of Dior, not only added a glamorous dimension to the event, but also embodied this meeting between classicism and modernity that perfectly defines Kim Jones' vision for Dior Homme.

Thus, this autumn-winter 2025-26 collection is part of a resolutely avant-garde approach while honoring the historical roots of the House of Dior, offering a new vision of masculinity, elegant, but profoundly contemporary.
