Alongside its traditional favourites, the island now offers a dynamic range of international cuisines that reflect the island’s rich, multicultural spirit. L’OFFICIEL IBIZA explores six places where global tastes and Ibiza’s unique vibe come together seamlessly.

  1. Chidas Bar & Cantina

Created by mixologists Andres Tsanos and Salvatore D’Amico, Chidas Bar & Cantina is a well-loved gem among Ibiza’s residents. Start with the unbeatable guacamole and homemade nachos, then go for the Gobernador taco with prawns, best enjoyed with a refreshing mezcal Paloma. The crowd here is a mix of locals and new faces, effortlessly relaxed and stylish. Expect an eclectic music selection—trendy and a bit off the beaten path, perfectly matching the easy-going atmosphere.

  1. Yalla

Nestled in the heart of Santa Gertrudis, Yalla brings a fresh, Mediterranean twist to Middle Eastern cuisine. Conceptualised by entrepreneur Lana Asodi, founder of Passion, this spot seamlessly blends vibrant Levantine flavours with a lighter, local touch. Open throughout the day, Yalla offers its signature breakfast and brunch dishes, alongside a rotating selection of specials. By day, enjoy the Passion pop-up for wholesome bites; by evening, Yalla shifts into its classic dinner menu. It’s the go-to for anyone seeking healthy, flavourful dining with a unique fusion of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences.

  1. Supūn: Bao, Noodle & Sake Bar

New this year and close to Can Bellotera in San Jordi, Supūn is the creation of a young team of chefs and a sake sommelier, designed to transport you straight to the vibrant streets of Tokyo. The restaurant draws a mix of Ibiza locals, foodies, and stylish gastro-lovers. The gourmet bao stand out—light, and fluffy, with unexpected flavours that keep you coming back. The menu evolves throughout the year, with noodles and ramen soups being a perfect choice as the weather cools. The atmosphere is complemented by a cool, well-curated soundtrack, and the sake selection is a must-try for the Japanese dining connoisseur. Currently on hiatus, Supūn will reopen its doors in December, ready to be a winter favourite among Ibiza’s food lovers.
