The last thing I bought and loved was a De La Vali dress, their cuts are so flattering and I love that they are an Ibiza brand.
The thing I’m eyeing next is the new Lyma laser PRO and a PEMF Mat both of which I would use in my treatments (but really they’re for me!)
My style icon is the Ibiza-based model Sarah Q. Every time she comes in for a facial, she looks effortlessly cool.
My work has taught me that quick fixes don’t last and your inner health is just as important as the products you apply on your skin.
My work icon is Rowan from QMS Medicosmetics. She’s an unbelievable source of knowledge when it comes to holistic health and skincare. She is training me up in a digestive reset massage which is fascinating for promoting clear healthy skin.
The carry-on essentials I’m never without are Saent Oil, sun protection SPF and a La Bonne Brosse brush.
In Ibiza we need to be extra aware of Posidonia, a forest on the seabed floor of the Mediterranean which helps to absorb CO2, oxygenates and improves the water quality. It’s also trapping micro plastic pollution in natural bundles! We need to do more to protect it.
My fave beach is Cala Llenya for Sunday morning tortillas and sandy beach swims.
My secret spots are Es Canaret for swimming around the bay off the fisherman’s huts and Papaduk for amazing perfume and skincare shopping.
My go-to party pal is Fig Beauty’s Keely Cooper, but with a 6-month-old baby I sometimes onder if I will ever go out again!
I couldn’t live without my lymphatic massages with Claudia.
My top Ibiza souvenir is my cat, Planet, who turned up at my old home in Jesus when I first arrived on the island and has been living with us ever since.
If I could encourage women to do one thing it would be practice facial massage daily. It deeply oxygenates your skin cells and improves lymphatic drainage. You will see results if you’re consistent!
A recent find is Can Can in Santa Gertrudis – their focaccias with burrata and pistachio cream are amazing.
Something I would never part with is my Saent Face Oil. It always makes my skin glow no matter how tired I look.
A great book I read recently was David Sinclair’s Lifespan
Ibiza in three words is never ever dull!
