One of the iconic nightclub's most recognisable faces, Francisco Ferrer has been an ambassador for Pacha since the heady days of 1985.

‘I began at Pacha in 1985. I was 20 years old, and for me, it was my dream. I met the owners and I started to work, and it was really wonderful. It changed my life. I’ve always said that I’m like the two cherries with legs, because everywhere I go, even if I’m not working, when I travel, Pacha is always around. And Ibiza is Ibiza: everybody goes to Ibiza, or passes through this magical place, so a lot of people know you – but it’s very nice, because 99 per cent of people have a smile on their face, with very positive vibes. When I started, I was studying tourism, so I went to all the travel agencies to give them pre-sale tickets that they could sell to their clients for 3500 pesetas! Oh, my goodness. It was 1985. It was another world.
Now, I go out, but at four o’clock in the morning I try to escape, because the next day I have reality again. I enjoy it like this. I have time to go to the beach, I have time to do this, do that. You can find all the global brands here, or you can go to a special place where they make you fish on the sand. For me, this is the magic of Ibiza. You can find whatever you want.’ RT
