Feeling Under the Weather? Give This Immunity Boosting Infusion a Try
Cold, cough, fever, headaches... If the arrival of autumn has not spared you, take care to strengthen your immune defenses, especially if you want to spend the winter peacefully. Composed of garlic - an ingredient which would otherwise serve to keep our enemies at bay - thyme, honey and ginger, this magic potion will quickly put you back on your feet.
Ingredients for one cup:
1 clove of garlic
1 Tbsp to Tsp grated fresh ginger
1 slice of 4 seasons lemon
3 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 Tbsp to Tsp loaded with honey, preferably thyme or eucalyptus
Recipe :
Boil water. Peel the garlic clove, remove the germ and crush it. Peel and grate the fresh ginger.
Place the garlic, grated ginger, lemon, thyme and honey in a cup.
Pour boiling water over it. Let it steep until the temperature has dropped enough to make it comfortable to drink.
You can infuse this mixture a second time, do not hesitate to add a touch of honey.
