Halloween Delight: Enchanting Bergamot Lemonade
Try an alternative to traditional lemonade this Halloween.
Ingredients :
INFUSION BUTTERFLY PEA FLOWERS
190 ml of water
1 Tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers
LEMONADE
190 ml butterfly pea flower infusion
60 ml freshly squeezed bergamot juice
1 drizzle of cane sugar syrup Ice cubes
PREPARATION OF BUTTERFLY PEA INFUSION
Boil the water and infuse the butterfly pea flowers for about 15 minutes. Stir with a spoon, then filter and add the liquid obtained.
PREPARING LEMONADE
Fill half of a 25cl glass with ice cubes or crushed ice. Add the bergamot juice and sugar syrup. Pour the butterfly pea infusion to height. And watch the magic happen.
