Cooking Delight: Pink Pasta Infused with Beet Pesto

Ingredients :
- Sunday Natural acai powder
- Spaghetti of your choice
- 10 sprigs of chopped parsley
- 2 beets, cooked and diced
- A piece of goats cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- The juice of a lemon
PREPARATION
For the pesto, mix: beetroot, lemon juice, acai powder, salt and pepper
Cook the spaghetti for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package, keep a little cooking water, drain.
In a pan, brown the garlic, add the pink pesto and the pasta cooking water. Add the spaghetti and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
Serve the pasta on the plate, add the parsley and the goat cheese. To make the sauce creamy, add a little pasta cooking water.
