Healthy recipe: pan-fried peaches, skyr with orange blossom and grilled almonds

Ingredients :
3 peaches
1 tbsp. coconut oil
4 tbsp. maple syrup
480g skyr
1 tbsp. teaspoon orange blossom extract
40g toasted almonds

Preparation :
Mix the skyr with the maple syrup and the orange blossom, then set aside in the fridge.
Cut the peaches into quarters and fry them in coconut oil until caramelized. Remove them from the heat.
Place a circle of skyr on each plate. Arrange grilled peach wedges on top, sprinkle with pollen and roasted almonds.
Optionally add a little maple syrup and edible flowers.
Tip: You can replace the peaches with nectarines or apples, for example, for reasons of seasonality. Instead of maple syrup, you can use honey or agave syrup.
